We are a midsize full service A/E firm located in southern Westchester County, N.Y. We have been in business for 25 years and we are continuing to grow and expand. We do work on multi-story residential and commercial buildings throughout the metropolitan area, but primarily in Manhattan. Our clients include the private sector (high end residential co-op’s) Institutional, (Columbia University, NYU, etc.) as well as the public sector- (NYC School Construction Authority and the NY Housing Authority.) Our staff works on all aspects of a project. We are looking for a long term candidate that is interested in growing in the firm. We are looking to fill the following position:

Project Architect/Job Capitan

For our exterior preservation group working primarily in Manhattan on historic and high-end residential multi-story residential buildings. The candidate should have 8 to 10 years experience and be able to undertake the necessary site investigation of a building and, with a minimum of supervision, put together a set of construction documents to affect the necessary repairs and/or restoration work. Cad experience and access to a car are essential.
